- Banner Farms: We will not allow any web site with no original content to join our network. This is not fair for those hardworking webmasters, who display our banner prominently, or for advertisers.
- Unsuitable Content: The following types of sites are NOT allowed to participate in our Banner Exchange: Sites containing (but not limited to) nudity, pornography, tobacco or other adult material, sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities, sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited email, personal web pages, ebook sites, and (or) any other sites InlandBannerExchange.com deems to be inappropriate.
- Banner Location: Our Banners must be located
in a prominent location and not conflict with a banner of an opposing banner exchange.
The banner code must be located on the top half of the page it is located on, accessible to viewer without the need to scroll down.
This restriction improves the overall quality of the InlandBannerExchange.com member sites, and certifies that everyone's banner is located, displayed and viewed in an attractive and prominent location.
You cannot place our code(s) outside your site. (If your site url is "abc.com" our code must be placed within "abc.com" site and if placed in a sub-directory that sub-dir must have a link to it from your main url site.
You nannot place our code on "some-garbage-page.abc.com" unless your return url is also "some-garbage-page.abc.com"
Note: You can only place our code one time per page, but you can place our code (banner) on up to 99 pages. Easy info will be delivered to you when you sign up.
- Modification of Banner Code: Except for changing the page source in your code "XX", anyone who modifies our banner code will lose their account along with any credits earned.
(the "XX" represent pages as "01", "02" and so on...)
- Terms to join our free network: You can only join our free network and place our code on your web pages to show our members ad if your site (business) is within Riverside or San Bernardino County. more...
However, if you think your business may gain by exposing it to the Inland Empire, you may purchase banner exposure

- Cancellations: You may cancel your account at any time. We also reserve
the right to terminate your account at any time, without notice if we deem it appropriate.
- Advertising Partners and Members: We cannot be held responsible for anything contained within our members, partners or advertisers web sites. If you see something that you consider inappropriate within such, please send us an email and we will promptly look into it.
- Your Privacy: InlandBannerExchange.com respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent or give any identifiable personal information regarding our subscribers to any third party. Any information that you give to us is held with the utmost care and security.
- Electronic Mailings: We usually only send out email on those occasions:
a. When you joint our service.
b. Replying to questions.
c. To inform members on updates of our services
d. When we have special promotions.
- Note for "cheats": The page containing the InlandBannerExchange code may not have a meta-refresh tag of any kind. Please be aware that refreshing (reloading) page will not gain you credits nor cost our members either. Our server records IP activities and "cheats" will be: ban from our system, and info will be shared with our partners, and possibly more. Conduct of fraudulently activity. ie: open an account and be verified, only to redirect their page to another site after verification or artificially increase banner views to increase credits will not be taken with kindness as it will cost us and our customers. Please note that our system flags any and all abnormal usage that are then analyzed.
We are providing a free service to help businesses expose their self to the Inland Empire. Please do not abuse it.
Bandwidth cost money and Bandwidth theft is a crime.
