Q. Is it really free?
A. Yes - our Banner Exchange is 100% free for all members.

Q. Who pays for it then?
A. To keep it free, we incorporate some of our own advertisement, and some paid advertisements into the rotation. Some Advertisers cannot "ad our html code" into their sites or choose not to participate in the exchange for their own reason and to be included in our network they have to purchase exposure. They are the reason we can provide you with our free services. An other reason is some web sites just don't get any traffic at all and choose to use our system both ways by becoming a member and purchasing exposure.

Q. Are my details private?
A. Absolutely. We take your privacy very seriously and do not sell any information.

Q. What banner sizes do you support?
A. We support the standard and most popular 468x60 banner as seen at the bottom of this page.

Q. How quickly can my account be setup?
A. Account activation is immediate. We do however manually validate all sites which join our exchange to make sure there are no sites with inappropriate content.

Q. I changed some of my details and now my account is on hold - what does this mean?
A. If you make any changes to your account, we have to approve your changes first. This is in case somebody signs up as a legitimate site, only to change the URL to an inappropriate site after joining. Reactivication is very fast as we get informed instantly to any changes.
But don't worry, your account is still collecting credit for banners exposure on your site.

Q. I have an additional question. Who do I ask?
A. You can email us (contact us) your enquiry at anytime.

Q. How quickly do you respond to technical support?
A. We will try our best to always answer your emails within 24 hours, but very often you can expect to have it allot sooner.

Q. Can I purchase ad exposure (credits) if my business is not located within the Inland Empire?
A. Yes. By purchasing credits your banner ad will be shown on our network and will not cost our buying customers any credits since you can't place our code on your page. This is how we can afford to have a free exchange.

Q. Can I join your network and place your code on my pages if my site is not within the Inland Empire?
A. No. You can however purchase credits if you think that our network will bring you viewers, but you can not place our code on your pages to collect credits.
Only web sites within Riverside and San Bernardino County can place our code on their pages and gain free credits.
Reason: We are a targeted local advertisement company, and it would not be fair to customers that purchase ad exposure (credits) for the purpose of exposing their business to local customers in the Inland Empire if their credits are eaten up by viewers in New York that are looking at your web pages.
A local restaurant, furniture store, photographer, chiropractor ... will not get people to drive that far. Some local businesses do ship their products and it would be beneficial to them, but it would not be fair to business that rely on local customers only.
It would be just like if a publication sells you an ad for your business and tells you that they have 5000 readers but omit to tell you that out of the 5000, 4900 are mailed to Japan. You would have paid for a potential 100 readers.

Q. Can I place your banner (codes) two or more time on my page?
A. No, you can only place our banner (codes) one time per page, as this would be cheating, and yes people have done that in the past to acquired more credits, but our system will flag you and your account will be deleted and you IP's ban from our system.>

Q. Can I place your banner (codes) on multiple pages?
A. Yes, you can place our banner (codes) on as many pages as you wish, (up to 99) but make sure that you place a different number ("01" "02") for each page and keep it in the top half page so our banners can be seen with out scrolling down.
